Using the IVR

SKYTREK account holders can dial for immediate taxi booking using the IVR (Interactive Voice Response).

Step 1

Dial 6477 5967

Step 2

Enter your Account Number followed by the # key.

Step 3

Enter your PIN followed by the # key.

Step 4

Enter Pick-Up Code
System will read out your pre-designated pick-up point eg. Ngee Ann City

Step 5

Press 1 to confirm your pick-up point.
